Buying a vacant lot, or a residence whether primary, second home or investment is a significant and complex transaction.

My unique qualifications set me apart from other agents. With over thirty years of experience and insights in our local market, I offer buying experience that goes beyond the norm. As a certified general appraiser with a background in mortgage brokerage, construction and development, I am happy to share information and experiences that you may value when questions arise.

As my buyer, you have the option of working with me as a “Customer” with no contractual agreement, or a “Client” under a contractual agreement. This decision will depend on the types of services you expect from me. If you elect to work as a Customer, you should tell me only what you would want me to share with the seller directly.

As my Customer, I provide services without a contractual agreement. I will treat you honestly and fairly and give truthful responses to your questions. My services include:

  1. Finding properties that match your criteria
  2. Scheduling showings
  3. Providing data so YOU may determine a competitive offer considering current market conditions.
  4. Drafting and presenting offers
  5. Coordinating all aspects of the buying process, including inspections, financing, and legal paperwork.
  6. Post closing assistance

As my Client, we will enter into a Buyer’s Agency Agreement and once the terms of the agreement are negotiated my brokerage will represent you. I will owe you undivided loyalty, confidentiality, and strive to obtain the best price and terms for you. As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®), I have specialized training and a proven track record of serving buyers. I advocate for your interests from the moment we start your property search until the day we reach the closing table. My duties include:

  1. Finding properties that match your criteria
  2. Scheduling showings
  3. Providing data and advice on competitive offers
  4. Structuring attractive offers
  5. Negotiating terms on your behalf
  6. Coordinating all aspects of the buying process, including inspections, financing, and legal paperwork.
  7. Post closing assistance

While access to the MLS provides me with the most updated information on the latest listings, as your agent, I provide far more than access to listings. My local market expertise means I have a deep understanding of neighborhoods, property values, and hidden gems not on the market.
